Built on more than a decade of hands-on experience, including 4½ years working exclusively with veterans, the practice helps people recover from pain, injury, and chronic tension through skilled, medical-grade therapy.

The team specializes in deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy (NMT), myofascial release (MFR), and trigger point therapy, using targeted techniques to address the root cause of pain rather than just the symptoms.
